Etihad Flight to Dublin / Ireland

Islamic Tourism Media

I was invited by Ireland tourism to visit Dublin, a business class seat was offered to me in my trip, the facilities on the ground, inflight and in the Airports was excellent, and here is some useful information.

Etihad Airways are offering free shuttle bus from Dubai to Abu Dhabi Airport every Hour, from their offices in Sheikh Zayed Raod, the time to arrive is less than 90 minutes, the same buses also move from Abu Dhabi Airport back to Dubai, the service is free of charge.

The Business class seat is so comfortable; you can adjust the seat to a sleeping position. The service from the staff was excellent, as well the food.

The thing that I really liked is Etihad premium lounge in Dublin Airport, offering good services for Business class passengers and holders of Silver and Golden Etihad Guest cards, such as A la carte and buffet dining, Business center, Wi-Fi, Entertainment options and Prayer room.  I had few words with the staff in the lounge; they said that Abu Dhabi – Dublin – Abu Dhabi flights are well known specially to Irish travelers, they are using this route on their way to the Gulf region and to Asia.

I asked them about Arab Tourists and Business men coming to Ireland and using the flight, they said that not so much Arabs coming, but Arabs travelers are increasing to Ireland.

The departure time of the flight was excellent, it leave Abu Dhabi around 01:00 and reached Dublin in the morning, on their return, the flight leaves before midnight and reached Abu Dhabi around 08:00 in the morning.

The villages in the area are the same color as the ground, large dusty red labyrinths where kids can jump from one house to another, meeting smiling mothers inside ready to take care of them, wherever they come from. more
